PURPOSE: An absorber of an absorption refrigerating system and an air-cooled refrigerating machine therewith are provided to miniaturize a refrigerating system by installing the refrigerating system inside a case. CONSTITUTION: An absorber of an absorption refrigerating system comprises a distribution unit(220) and a main body unit. The distribution unit comprises a distribution header, an ejector, a first distribution pipe, and multiple second distribution pipes. The distribution head has a refrigerant space and an absorption liquid space. The ejector is installed in the outlet of the refrigerant space. The first distribution pipe guides refrigerant vapor discharged from the ejector to the main body unit. The second distribution pipes connect the absorption liquid space and the first distribution pipe. The main body unit eliminates heat generated when the refrigerant vapor is absorbed in absorption liquid.
