PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine a price fluctuation data at the time of an announcement of particular information and an average data of a certain number of times in the past of price fluctuations when the particular information was announced in the past to display on a screen of a user's terminal.

SOLUTION: An asset price fluctuation range prediction support device comprises: a price fluctuation range information accumulation part 6 which takes in sequential fluctuation information of asset price provided from an external system 4 and particular information with which a fluctuation of asset price may be caused provided from another external system 5, and accumulates price fluctuation data at the time of the announcement of the particular information and average data of a certain number of times in the past of price fluctuations during a certain period after the particular information was announced in the past; and a data display circuit part 7 which combines and sends the price fluctuation data and the average data retrieved from the price fluctuation range information accumulation part 6. The asset price fluctuation range prediction support device is connected to a user terminal 3 via a communication network 2 and sends the price fluctuation data at the time of the announcement of the particular information and the average data of a certain number of times in the past of the price fluctuation to the user terminal 3.
