<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interference pattern due to an air layer present in between a transparent resin plate and a liquid crystal shutter with liquid crystal resin plates equipped on both planes, to use the interference pattern prevention film for prevention and to provide an interference pattern prevention film that can be readily re-stuck when re-stuck for adjusting a location to stick this film and in which air hardly enters between the liquid crystal shutter and a soft layer when stuck. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal shutter comprises transparent resin plates on both planes of the liquid crystal shutter. In a liquid crystal display device provided with the interference pattern prevention film between the liquid crystal shutter and the transparent resin plate, the interference pattern film is provided on a plane of a base material with an interference pattern layer made of at least a photosetting resin and particle, and on the other plane with a soft layer that is made of what is selected from rubber and a thermoplastic elastomer.
