<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device that allows efficient inspection to be performed in shorter inspection time by inspecting without contact a touch panel having wirings arranged in matrix in an x-axis direction and a y-axis direction. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection device for an inspection object having x-axis wirings including an x-axis display wiring and an x-axis tab wiring and having y-axis wirings including a y-axis display wiring and a y-axis tab wiring includes a conductive mount table on which the inspection object is mounted, a one-end detection section disposed without contact at one end of the x-axis display wiring to be inspected, an other-end detection section disposed without contact at the other end, a central detection section disposed without contact in the center, a second detection section disposed without contact at a connection end of the x-axis tab wiring, and judging means for judging the conduction state of the x-axis wiring based on one-end detection signals of the one-end detection section and the central detection section, other-end detection signals of the other-end detection section and the central detection section, and a tab detection signal of the second detection section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
