PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device enabling to suppress a pseudo signal.

SOLUTION: A solid-state image pickup device is comprised of: a plurality of pixels (201a to 201c) that generate a pixel signal by a photoelectric conversion; a plurality of signal output lines (204a to 204c) from which the pixel signal generated by the plurality of pixels is output; and a plurality of amplifiers (206) that are provided to each of the signal output lines and amplify the pixel signal from the plurality of signal output lines. Each amplifier has: first and second field effect transistors that a gate electrode is connected to the same voltage node (VBL); and a first wire connected to between the voltage node and the gate electrode of the first and second field effect transistors. The first and second field effect transistors are arranged in a direction vertically to a direction in which the plurality of amplifiers are arranged, and a material of the first wire has resistance smaller than that of the gate electrode of the first and second field effect transistors.
