<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although it has been known that a composition easily decomposed under a natural condition is provided by including a starch powder in an olefin resin, when an amount of starch is increased in order to easily decompose it, the starch is not uniformly dispersed in the resin and when it is heated in order to make the composition, the starch is burned and the composition is colored to a disgusting color. <P>SOLUTION: As the olefin resin, the olefin resin having a melting point of 110°C or lower is selected, and as the starch, the powder of the starch or its derivative is used. An inorganic powder having a smaller particle diameter than the starch powder is added to this, and 135-350 pts.wt. of the starch powder and 10-50 pts.wt. of the inorganic powder relative to 100 pts.wt. of the resin are added to it.
