<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe lifting device and a transfer device which suppress energy consumption to a requisite minimum because large thrust will not act on a worker even when the body of the worker contacts a movable portion. <P>SOLUTION: The lifting device has a work holding portion 2 that is configured to be able to hold and release a work W, a basic weight 3 that has a mass equivalent to the work holding portion 2, a cord body 4 whose one end is connected to the work holding portion 2 and the other end is connected to the basic weight 3, a pulley 5 which enables the work holding portion 2 and the basic weight 3 to be hung by the cord body 4 by the cord body 4 being wound around, an additional weight 6 that has a mass equivalent to the work W and that is engaged with the basic weight, a weight holding portion 7 that releases the additional weight 6 in conjunction with holding of the work by the work holding portion 2 and holds the additional weight 6 in conjunction with release of the work by the work holding portion 2, and a lifting actuator 8 that supplies a drive force for lifting the work holding portion 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
