<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body side part structure capable of efficiently transmitting a front collision load input from the front part of a vehicle body through a side door to the rear part of the vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A second load transmitting block 30 is arranged between a load transmitting block 22 and a door beam 17 in the side door 2. The load transmitting block 22, the second load transmitting block 30 and the door beam 17 are all arranged linearly side by side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The second load transmitting block 30 is stored and arranged in a closed cross section between a pillar outer panel 6A of a front pillar 6 and a stiffener 29.
