<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias circuit which, even when operated with only a negative power supply, can change the gate-source voltage as desired, and achieve a greater amount of temperature compensation without being affected by the type of a formation material such as a resistor or a diode. <P>SOLUTION: A bias circuit 10 according to the present invention comprises: a transistor 11 having a gate terminal, a drain terminal, and a source terminal; a first resistive element 12 having one end connected to the gate terminal and the other end connected to a first control terminal 16 and having a negative temperature dependency; a second resistive element 13 having one end connected to the drain terminal and the other end connected to a second control terminal 17 and having a positive temperature dependency; a third resistive element 14 having one end connected to the source terminal and the other end connected to a gate bias output terminal 19 and having a negative temperature dependency; and a fourth resistive element 15 having one end connected to the other end of the third resistive element 14 and the other end connected to a third control terminal 18 and having a positive temperature dependency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
