<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor having a excellent frequency characteristic, enabling to increase a capacity and to reduce a thickness and having a short-circuiting resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated solid electrolytic capacitor (100) is formed by a lamination of a anode foil (13) made of a metal having a valve action and a cathode foil (11) of which a surface is configured by a whisker which hold carbide particles (17) and comprises a solid electrolytic layer (16) made of a conductive macro-molecule between the anode foil (13) and the cathode foil (11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
