<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor that has satisfactory heat resistance and a production method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor 1 comprises an anode body 12, a dielectric layer 14 formed on the anode body 12, and a solid electrolyte layer 15a formed on the dielectric layer 14.
