<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the input module of a PLC for counting the count value of multiple channels. <P>SOLUTION: This input module of a PLC is configured to count the count value of multiple channels by an input module 30 of a PLC including a plurality of detection parts 34 for, when a pulse signal which is equivalent to each channel is applied from a load having a plurality of channels, detecting the rising and falling edges of the pulse signal, and for transmitting an output signal as the detection result; a determination part 35 for receiving a plurality of output signals transmitted from the plurality of detection parts, and for detecting the edges of the plurality of channels, and for transmitting a detection signal as the detection result; and a control part 36 for confirming whether or not interruption has occurred by using the detection signal transmitted from the determination part, and for, when it is confirmed that the interruption has occurred, performing count by using the applied pulse signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
