<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of inexpensively improving rigidity of mounting legs, and suppressing generation of abnormal sound due to vibration. <P>SOLUTION: This ventilator 101 includes: a body frame 6 provided with a ventilation flue formed by a bell-mouth 5; an air blower 7 having a motor 2 and blades 1 mounted on a driving shaft of the motor 2; and the plurality of mounting legs 4 which have the shape of a long flat plate, whose main faces are turned in the direction not disturbing the airflow, which radially extend in the radial direction from the circumference of the motor 2, and which support the motor 2 from the body frame by fixing bent fixing sections 4e formed by bending tip sections to the body frame 6. The mounting legs are twisted so that the fastening holes formed on the bent fixing sections 4e are positioned on extending radial lines of the mounting legs.
