摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively analyzing a rigidity contribution degree of a spot welding part to a spot welding structure by applying a finite element method to a model of the spot welding structure and analyzing calculation values obtained for individual spot welding parts. <P>SOLUTION: A step for extracting a specific shell element out of shell elements defined so as to classify a plurality of metal plate members in each metal plate member, a step for extracting a specific solid element to be connected to the specific shell element by a rigid bar element out of solid elements connected to the shell elements by the rigid bar elements and defining one spot welding part by one element, a step for outputting the number of the specific solid elements, and a step for outputting a statistical value obtained by performing a statistical processing of strain energy of respective specific solid elements by the finite element method are used to analyze the rigid contribution degree of the spot welding part to the spot welding structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
