<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To include a pump that variably controls the amount of cooling water ejected to a circulation waterway and suppress the leakage of the cooling water when the leakage of the cooling water from the circulation waterway is predicted. <P>SOLUTION: Cooling parts 10, 20 include: the circulation waterways 17, 26 that circulate the cooling water of a vehicle drive system; and the pumps 12, 23 that can variably control the ejection amount of the cooling water ejected to the circulation waterways 17, 26.
