<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can determine before printing whether a paper sheet has an available printing surface, and can perform a series of processing from the determination of the printing surface to printing without manpower, thereby reducing time required for printing, and to provide a method for detecting one-side-printed sheet, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 includes a sheet sensor 11 that determines whether there is image data on the printing surface of the paper sheet, and an image forming part 12 that forms an image on the paper sheet which is determined not to have image data on the printing surface by the sheet sensor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
