<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymer composite that can produce a cured film having high transmittance and suppressing loss of the transmittance when heated and that has extremely high sensibility even without being subjected to PEB. <P>SOLUTION: A photopolymer composite comprises an acetal resin (A), a photo acid generator (B), and a solvent (C). The acetal resin (A) contains a structural unit (a1) having a structure producing a carboxyl group by an acid, a structural unit (a2) having a carboxyl group or a phenolic hydroxy group, a structural unit (a3) having an epoxy group or an oxetanyl group, and a structural unit (a4) having a hydroxy group or an alkyleneoxy group. The content ratio of structural units (a1) through (a4) in moll conversion is, (a1):(a2):(a3):(a4)=0.2 to 0.65:0.02 to 0.2:0.2 to 0.6:0.005 to 0.3, and the content ratio of the structural unit (a4) in the acetal resin (A) is within the limits of 3 and 30 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
