<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and composition for phage microarray profiling of cancer (e.g., prostate, lung, or breast cancer), and to further provide a novel marker useful for the diagnosis, characterization, and treatment of a disease. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides the method including: providing a phase library, that the phage library includes a plurality of phage clones, wherein each of the phage clones comprising a cDNA obtained from a disease mRNA sample; enriching clones specific to the disease; exposing to serum from disease patients; thereby identifying phage clones that react with serum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
