<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quinoxaline compound useful as an organic electronic material, in particular, a compound exhibiting highly efficient photoelectric conversion characteristics when used for an organic thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The quinoxaline compound is expressed by formula (A1). In the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-R<SB POS="POST">10</SB>independently represent hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">6</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C<SB POS="POST">6</SB>-C<SB POS="POST">40</SB>aryloxy group, or a specified amino group, and at least one of R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-R<SB POS="POST">10</SB>is the specified amino group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
