<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of uniforming a coke discharge speed, and a CDQ facility, determining a discharge speed distribution in the center part inside a chamber, and correcting an unbalance of the discharge speed distribution in the center part. <P>SOLUTION: This CDQ facility includes a cooling chamber 3 in a lower part of a prechamber charged with red-heated coke; a coke discharge device 8 is arranged in a bottom of the cooling chamber 3; a discharge conveyer 9 is arranged in an under part thereof; thermometers T1-Tn for measuring a temperature of a peripheral part are arranged in the peripheral part in a lower part of the cooling chamber 3; needle bars NB1-NB8 for regulating an insertion amount into a funnel part 10 are arranged in under positions of the respective thermometers in the periphery, in the funnel part 10 of the cooling chamber 3; and a thermometer for measuring a coke discharge temperature is arranged in an upper part of the discharge conveyer 9. The CDQ facility includes a controller for determining the discharge speed distributions in the peripheral part and the center part of the cooling chamber 3, based on the temperature of the peripheral part and the coke discharge temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
