<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective uplink data transmission of a conflict type. <P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus allocates a conflict type of uplink radio resource to mobile station apparatuses, and generates information indicating the allocation of the conflict type of uplink radio resource to transmit it to the mobile station apparatuses. If each of the mobile station apparatuses receives the information indicating the allocation of the conflict type of uplink radio resource, it calculates a transmission power and determines, based on the calculated transmission power, whether to transmit data by use of the conflict type of uplink radio resource. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
