<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image detecting device and an image capturing system capable of adjusting uniformly and efficiently a temperature distribution of an image detection part. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling panel 130 is arranged on an irradiation surface of a radiation X or a rear surface of a sensor substrate 38. A carbon nanotube 262 extending along the arrow D direction is formed in a carbon sheet 250 constituting the cooling panel 130, and each of heat radiation members 252 is connected to each end in the arrow D1 direction and in the arrow D2 direction of the carbon nanotube 262. As a result, heat from the sensor substrate 38 is transferred to each of the heat radiation members 252 through the carbon nanotube 262, and is discharged to the outside from each of the heat radiation members 252. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
