<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation photographing apparatus for a breast medical examination which can adequately perform diagnosis by surely introducing a breast into a detector ring. <P>SOLUTION: The invention includes a pair of rollers 6 that rotate with a breast B of a subject M inserted and that introduce the breast B of the subject M into an inside of a detector ring 12. The rollers 6 ensure the breast B of the subject M to be sent into the inside of the detector ring 12, therefore the base of the breast B is introduced into a photographing field of a radiation tomographic apparatus 9.
