<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a player to operate a call button naturally in his seated state. <P>SOLUTION: A call button unit 1 includes: a call button 21; a casing 11 for storing an LCD 22; a fitting member 12 installed above a Pachinko machine 3 to fit the casing 11 to a game machine island; a movable support mechanism 13 interposed between the casing 11 and the fitting member 12 to movably support the casing 11; and a call lamp 14 installed above the Pachinko machine 3. The movable support mechanism 13 includes: a connecting arm 31 connecting the casing 11 and the fitting member 12 to each other; a joint member 34 rotatably journaling the connecting arm 31 to the fitting member 12; and a joint member 35 for rotatably journaling the connecting arm 31 to the fitting member 12.
