BIO IMAGING PROBE FOR DETECTING INTRACELLULAR TARGET MOLECULES AND CURING A DISEASE

PURPOSE: A bio-imaging probe for detecting intracellular target molecules and treating disorders is provided to obtain optical image and MRI. CONSTITUTION: A bio-imaging probe contains nanoparticles(32) which bind with intracellular delivery ligand(31); and a molecular beacon(10) which recognizes a target molecule by hybridization. The molecular beacon contains a nucleic acid probe which is conjugated with a fluorescent substance at one end and comprises a region hybridizable with the target molecule; and a region which is hybridizable with the nucleic acid probe. The nucleic acid probe contains the fluorescent substance; a linker region which binds to the fluorescent substance; and the region which is conjugated to the linker region and is hybridizable to the target molecule.
