摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave detecting device capable of reducing an impedance mismatch between a Schottky barrier diode and an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave detecting device comprises a Schottky barrier diode 111, 112 and an antenna which are provided on a substrate 11. The antenna includes: a first conductive element 101 and a second conductive element 102 which are divided from each other; a third conductive element 103 and a fourth conductive element 104 which are divided from each other; a first connection region 105 electrically connecting the first conductive element and the third conductive element to each other; and a second connection region 104 electrically connecting the second conductive element and the fourth conductive element to each other. The first and second conductive elements, and the third and fourth conductive elements are formed on respective surfaces which are separated from each other on the substrate 11 along the incident direction of electromagnetic waves.
