HEAT SHIELDING AND HEAT RADIATION REFLECTING DEVICE OF HEATING FURNACE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat shielding and heat radiation reflecting device of a heating furnace, which is provided in an exhaust port of the heating furnace and reduces heat flowing out from the exhaust port and reflects radiation heat to the inside of the heating furnace.

SOLUTION: The heat shielding and heat radiation reflecting device 10 of the heating furnace is provided in the exhaust port 12 of the heating furnace, reduces heat flowing out from the exhaust port 12 and reflects radiation heat to the inside of the heating furnace by becoming high temperature. The heat shielding and heat radiation reflecting device 10 includes: a heat resistant cylindrical body 13 inserted in the exhaust port 12; a filling member 15 provided on the outside of the cylindrical body 13 and blocking a gap between the exhaust port 12 and the cylindrical body 13 to fix the cylindrical body 13 to the inside of the exhaust port; an air permeable member 17 which is inserted in the inner side of the cylindrical body 13 and whose temperature is made high while an exhaust gas of the heating furnace is made to pass; and a plurality of heat resistant supporting members 18 which are penetrating through the side part of the cylindrical body 13 and whose parts protruded to the inside of the cylindrical body 13 support the air permeable member 17 in the cylindrical body 13 to prevent movement of the air permeable member 17 in the cylindrical body 13.
