<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack whose deterioration of characteristics can be suppressed by restricting sheathing failures thereon and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a battery 10, a circuit board 33, other components such as a PTC element 32, which are combined with a frame 30 to configure a combination body.
