<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens for preparing a proposal specification on the basis of agreement contents in contract negotiation with a customer and to shorten the time needed before contract conclusion. <P>SOLUTION: In a proposal specification preparation support device 1 for supporting the preparation of the proposal specification 62 suited to the specification of a customer, the standard specification of a present company is stored in a storage part 20 as the present company specification, parts different from the specification of the present company in an inputted request specification 50 are extracted as caution required parts, a first response paper 61 as a list of the caution required parts is outputted, the first response paper 61 is edited through an input part 40, then a difference list 27 which is a difference between the first response paper 61 and the edited response paper 61 is extracted, and the proposal specification 62 in which parts equivalent to the extracted parts in the present company specification are emphatically displayed is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
