<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect and provide new customer data including even preferences of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A customer information management server receives an individual information of a slave user who has accessed on the basis of a predetermined code information contained in a business-card-like card with an advertisement distributed from a master user, and an intrinsic receipt number described on a receipt that the slave user has received in a shop, registers them in a database, and then transmits them to an information management server. The information management server receives the individual information of the slave user and the receipt number, registers them in the database, acquires sales data corresponding to the receipt number from the shop, matches the individual information of the slave user and the sales data corresponding to the receipt number, thus generates a customer data reflecting a preference of the slave user, and registers them in the database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
