CONTENT MANAGEMENT METHOD, SYSTEM, APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management method which allows a user to easily browse digital contents while preventing unauthorized browsing of the digital contents.

SOLUTION: The content management method comprises: a step of installing an electronic book viewer in which information certifying as being an authorized viewer by a registered user is embedded from a management server apparatus to a portable display apparatus by a browsing person confirmed as being the registered user by user authentication data of the management server apparatus; a step of registering device management data for managing the viewer of the registered user by the management server apparatus; and a step of displaying an electronic book attached with content management data indicating as being an authorized electronic book after the electronic book viewer activated by the browsing person has confirmed itself as being the authorized viewer in the portable display apparatus.
