<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct exposure unevenness caused by fluctuation of light-shielding blades. <P>SOLUTION: Correction data for suppressing exposure unevenness caused by fluctuation with respect to the moving direction of slit blades 191a and 192a by image processing is obtained by calculating data on the difference between image data taken with a high shutter speed and image data taken with a low shutter speed. The correction data is used to correct taken image data. By this method, the exposure unevenness caused by fluctuation with respect to the moving direction of the slit blades 191a and 192a can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
