<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can be used as a standby connector attachable to a panel as well as a connector for a wiring harness. <P>SOLUTION: A connector includes: a male-side connector housing 20 with a male-type terminal fitting 10 fit therein; a panel-mount holder 40 provided with a connector accepting unit 42 which engages with an opening of a panel P to accept the male-side connector housing 20; and a panel sealing member 49 for sealing between the edge of the opening of the panel P and the panel-mount holder 40. The male-side connector housing 20 has an engaging-protrusion 27 provided on its exterior surface, and a holder sealing member 25 for sealing a gap between the connector accepting unit 42 and the connector housing after the connector housing is accepted in the connector accepting unit 42.
