<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion type resin composition used as the surface coating agent of a recording material having low preservability such as heat sensitive paper and capable of forming a protective layer having excellent image storage stability and chemical resistance such as water resistance, solvent resistance, plasticizer resistance and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the water dispersion type resin composition containing 100 pts.mass acrylic resin formed by polymerizing an unsaturated monomer including an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer (a) and a hydroxyl group-containing monomer (b) and 20 to 500 pts.mass water soluble starch, the acrylic resin has >10°C glass transition temperature (Tg), the water dispersion type resin composition has <60°C minimum film forming temperature (MFT), and Tg and MFT satisfy a relational formula of Tg-MFT>0°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
