<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging case usable not only for exhibition and sale of a commodity but for a storage case of the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The vertically extending tubular packaging case 1 has an upper part 2, a lower part 3 having a front side surface 31B and a rear side surface 31A each mounted in the circumferential direction, and a pair of protrusive folded parts 4 each upward extending from the front side surface 31B and the rear side surface 31A of the lower part 3. A first weakening line W1 is made along a first boundary line B1 between the upper part 2 and the protrusive folded part 4. A second weakened line W2 is made along a second circumferential boundary line B2 between the upper part 2 and the lower part 3. A first folding ruled line Y1 is made circumferentially between the protrusive folded part 4 and the lower part 3.
