<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To universally adjust an inclination angle and an inclination direction of an optical element at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: This optical element holder 1 for adjusting the inclination angle of the optical element A includes: a base part 2 mounted with the optical element A; a support base 3 to support the base part 2; two stage rotation plates 4A, 4B overlapped rotatably along a flat face 3a of the support base 3 in a state sandwiched between the base part 2 and the support 3.
