<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module of high output from which a solar battery cell can be easily taken out. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery cell 1 has a first conductivity type semiconductor substrate including an impurity diffusion layer having second conductivity type impurity elements diffused at one surface side thereof, a first electrode electrically-connected to the impurity diffusion layer, a passivation film 7 having translucency formed at the other surface side of the semiconductor substrate, and a second electrode electrically-connected to the other surface side of the semiconductor substrate. The passivation film 7 is disposed at a sealing member 26 side of the back side. The average reflectance to light of wavelengths ranging from 400 nm to 1200 nm is equal to 50% or higher at least in an area facing the passivation film 7 in a non-adhesive sheet 24 disposed at the sealing member 26 side of the back side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
