<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal which can improve mounting reliability with small mounting area. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 1a includes a plurality of lead pins 3a arranged on the right and left sides in parallel and a box-shaped resin member 2 in which to hold all the lead pins fixed with resin. The lead pins penetrate through the resin member from the rear side to the back to the front. A front-end part 3f and a back-end part 3r protrude from the front-end face and the back-end face of the resin member respectively.
