<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of reducing a capacity of a frame memory used in overdriving a liquid crystal panel and also reducing occurrence of color bleeding on a boundary between different colors. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device, when a color image data of each frame is inputted, outputs corrected color image data corrected according to changes between the frames. The image processing device comprises: a frame memory for storing a value of a Y component of a pixel of a preceding frame; a reproduction section for reproducing a value of a RGB component of the pixel of the preceding frame by utilizing the value of the Y component of the pixel of the preceding frame read from the frame memory and color image data of a current frame; and a correction section for creating the corrected color image data by comparing the reproduced value of the RGB component of the pixel of the preceding frame and the value of the RGB component of the corresponding pixel of the current frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
