<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rotation speed of an internal combustion engine to stop the internal combustion engine at a target crank angle without causing control failure. <P>SOLUTION: When an engine rotation speed Ne is within a range from a threshold Nref2 to less than a threshold Nref 1, as a range of the rotation speed including a resonance rotation speed zone in which a driving system composed of a power distribution and integration mechanism or a motor resonates, feedback control is performed so that the engine rotation speed Ne becomes a target rotation speed Ne* by use of a proportional gain kp of a value k2 that is smaller than a normal value k1 to be used when the engine rotation speed Ne is out of the above range (S220-S280). A difference between the engine rotation speed Ne and the target rotation speed Ne* is prevented from being larger or smaller than expected due to resonance of the driving system, while preventing hunting to be caused in motor output torque and the engine rotation speed Ne, which hinders the feedback control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
