<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminating device which uses a drive source for moving a lamination bench commonly with a vacuum source and is made small in size. <P>SOLUTION: The film laminating device 1 is constituted of a lid body 2, a frame 3, and a body 4. Suction members 2a and 4a which are connected to the vacuum source and suck/fix a film body F and a plate P are provided on each opposed surface of the lid body and the body, and the film body and the plate are positioned. A spring 6 is provided in the clearance between the frame and the body, the lid body and the frame are moved toward the body as the device turns decompressed, and the film body and the plate are laminated together by an action to make the suction members collide with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
