<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication in a communication system from being interfered by a radio wave from a radio wave generation source not belonging to the communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A radio wave detection device 110 and a management device 130 are mounted in movement means. The radio wave detection device 110 carries out a carrier sense, and detects an interference candidate radio wave 181 output from a radio wave generation source 180 not belonging to a wireless network 171. The radio wave detection device 110 transmits information which indicates a frequency band in which the interference candidate radio wave 181 has been detected to the management device 130 through a communication network 170.
