PURPOSE: A communications apparatus is provided to offer the setting of a node in which one or more WIFI(Wireless Fidelity) communications are possible by transmitting a preset data to other media interface circuits while the setting of each media interface circuit is changed. CONSTITUTION: The setting of the WiFi media interface circuit of a first communications apparatus is changed by a laptop(42). The change of the setting of the first communications apparatus is detected(44). A setting software agent begins to be operated by a user which is connected to the first communications apparatus. The setting software agent senses the change of preset data. The setting software agent duplicates changed data from the first communications apparatus to other communications apparatuses in a network(46). The preset data is automatically duplicated to each communications apparatuses through a power line media. The preset data is changed in other communications apparatuses(48).
