PURPOSE: A method for transmitting an ACK(Acknowledgement)/NACK(Non-Acknowledgement) signal and a base station and user equipment therefor are provided to improve the reliability of an ACK/NACK signal transmission by reducing the interference of an ACK / NACK signal between multi user instruments. CONSTITUTION: Resources are allocated to an ACK(Acknowledgement)/NACK(Non-Acknowledgement) channel which transmits an ACK / NACK signal using a specific offset for user equipment. The ACK / NACK channel is transmitted from the resources. The offset is a value which is determined based on one or more values which defines user equipment in an upper layer, the identifier of a node which is used for transmitting an up-link for the ACK / NACK signal, the kind of node which is used for transmitting the up-link, the identifier of a node which is used for the up-link transmission, the kind of node which is used for transmitting the ACK / NACK signal, the pattern index of a reference signal which is allocated to the user equipment, and the multiplexing order of the resources which are used in the up-link transmission.
