<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition to which various methods of molding are applicable without damaging high transparency of an alicyclic polyester-based resin. <P>SOLUTION: The alicyclic polyester-based resin composition includes following components (A)-(C) with a prescribed ratio, and the molded body having both flexibility and transparency is obtained from the composition. A component (A) is an alicyclic polyester-based resin whose main constituent units are a unit derived from 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid and a unit derived from 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and has a melting point of 160 to 240°C. A component (B) is a tackifier. A component (C) is a copolymerization elastomer having weight-average molecular weight of 30,000 to 450,000, or a grafted derivative thereof.
