PURPOSE: A disc chucking apparatus and motor device using the same are provided to prevent the excessive bending of claw which is formed in a centering case. CONSTITUTION: A clawing(40) is formed in a centering case. The clawing moves to the inside of the centering case. The clawing elastically supports the inner of a disk. The clawing is changed within the range of elastic deformation limit. The lower part of the clawing includes a rotary member and an elastic limit gap.
