<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rust powder from intruding into a bearing of a bearing section of a roller. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a sealing device for a bearing section of a roller. The sealing device includes a metal pipe 1, a metal bearing case 2 disposed in both ends of the pipe so as to rotate together with the pipe, a shaft 3 penetrating along the shaft core of the pipe to have the bearings assembled in the case at both ends of the shaft axially supported, an inside sealing plate 5 made of a metal plate and an outside sealing plate made of a metal plate, supported by the shaft and the bearing case, respectively, so as to form a labyrinth B outside the side face of the bearing, and grease C filling the space of the labyrinth between the outside sealing plate and the inside sealing plate. In the sealing device, a back sealing 8 is interposed between the bearing case and the bearing by penetrating the shaft through a center hole of the back sealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
