<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting apparatus of a plug and an outlet for a vehicle charging facility that solves problems with a plug with a special plug blade, which requires adjusting its orientation before being fitted into an outlet, especially, an outdoor outlet, which causes difficult fitting into from bottom, allows a plug to easily drop off, and may cause an electric shock when used in rain, and problems of poor aesthetics and diversity of the appearance of the outlet. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a connecting apparatus of a plug and an outlet for a vehicle charging facility that is safe and easy to use. A plug is fitted into a plug holder that rotates an arm supplied therewith so as to insert a blade of the plug into an outlet. Thus a user does not have to hold the plug directly in his/her hand. A stopper and a stopper receiver maintain a connection state of the outlet and the plug.
