<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring which can easily achieve setting small a dynamic spring constant in the vibration direction and setting large the effective stroke length, even in a low load area. <P>SOLUTION: In a plate spring 1, a plate spring part 10 corresponding to a body part 210 of the spring 200 of a comparing example indicated in Fig.16, forms a plate shape, and vertical plate parts 11 and 12 corresponding to cylindrical parts 211 and 212 of the spring 200 of the comparing example, forms a plate shape. In the plate spring 1, when changing a width (the length in the width direction orthogonal to the extending direction) of the plate spring part 10 in a state of setting a plate thickness and a construction material in the same, only a generating load changes in a state of maintaining a deflection quantity (the effective stroke length) substantially constant.
