<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserver with a simple configuration, securing high-reliability operation and sealability. <P>SOLUTION: The reserver includes: a cylinder; a cover member provided in an opening part of the cylinder; and an elastic deformable member disposed in a space formed by the cylinder and the cover member. The elastic deformable member comprises: a fixed part fixed between the cylinder and the cover member; and a variable part extended from the fixed part.
